Five, 10 and 20 pounds shares available.
A 10 lb share includes: 2lb ground beef, 4 sausage links, 2-3 pounds of beef cuts: steaks, roasts or braising meat, 2-3 pounds of pork: chops, cutlets or roasts and a half chicken, 2-3 pounds.
For 5lb singles share, half above quantities.
For 20lb share, double above quantities.
Weights for cuts are approximate but total weight of share will be equal to, or in most cases, over stated weight of the share ordered. Above photo serves only as a representation, actual cuts will vary.
Your order email will serve as confirmation. Orders received by Saturday will be ready to pick up the following Thursday, orders received by Wednesday will be ready to pick up on the following Saturday.
