Lasagne
Our lasagne is something really special.
We use fresh pasta noodles, our house marinara, meat, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano and bechamel.
As a whole animal butcher, we use our own tallow, rather than butter, in our bechamel giving our lasagne an even more meaty taste.
